Kimberly + Richard | A Sweet Love Story

Richard planned a trip to take Kimberly to a concert in San Antonio. He told her it would be fun if they invited all of their good friends Kimberly agreed it sounded like a good time. They were having a wonderful time when all of a sudden Richard dropped to one knee with a beautiful diamond ring in his hand. Kimberly was blown away. Of course she said yes!

My journey with Kimberly & Richard has been so sweet. Our first meeting was at my studio and I was immediately drawn to them. It was like we were sitting around a kitchen table like old friends. They are so comfortable to be around. They told me their wedding plans and I could tell they wanted an elegant, beautiful wedding. We discussed my services and they told me they would think about it and let me know.

I was so happy when they called me a couple of weeks later and said they had decided to trust me with the most important day of their lives. Kimberly and I immediately began talking about her dress (which was GORGEOUS) and her vision for her bridals and wedding day. I knew I was in for a good time.

The wedding day started with bride prep in one of the conference rooms at the Homewood Suites. It was wonderful to have such a large space for everyone to hang out in. Imagine my surprise when Richard casually walks in to ask Kimberly to help him do his hair! I told you these two were comfortable with each other. I had to snap a picture of Kimberly doing Richard's hair for sure!! He and his guys just added to the fun of the morning. They did leave before it was time for Kimberly to slip into her beautiful Maggie Sottero gown.

I think everyone who was present on this day can agree that this day was magical on all levels. It began with beautiful ceremony at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Bloomington followed a elegant reception and dance at the Victoria Community Center. The décor was done in the deepest red you can imagine and accented with black. Their vision of elegance was fulfilled for sure. The crowd was plenty fun, especially the bridal party. Kimberly & Richard are surrounded by a wonderful group of friends!

I left there that night knowing in my heart that Kimberly and Richard are the real deal and their love is eternal. They have been so kind and gracious to me and I can't thank them enough for allowing me to tell their sweet love story. God's blessings to their entire family! Forever.
