Cassie's Bridals | Mission Espiritu Santo
I love Mission Espiritu Santo in Goliad. It is so serene and peaceful there. You almost feel like you have to whisper. My mom and I had previously visited here so I could scope out the property and plan my photo map for the day. Given how directionally challenged I am, it's no surprise that mom and I got a little lost on the nature trail (I'm pretty sure if we hadn't found our way out, my mom would have made me her lunch). I knew it would be a pretty place to take pictures.
Cassie and her mom Anna arrived and my jaw dropped when I saw Cassie's dress and veil. How beautiful and fit her soooo perfectly!! Cassie's strapless ballgown is by Allure Bridals and was so romantic and elegant with the gorgeous applique lace and the crystal detail around Cassie's little waist. My assistant Vickie and I both asked Cassie if we could have the dress when she was done! LOL! But as you can see from the pictures - this dress is uniquely Cassie's with "Mrs. Christopher Jimenez" embroidered on the inside of the dress. The cathedral length veil added drama to the whole look. Couldn't be more beautiful. Cassie was - flawless - her makeup was done by the amazing Yurim Cabrera Makeup Artistry and hair by Erin Delgado Davila. I always love when a bride has a fresh flower bouquet and this was designed by Expressions Floral was so pretty and smelled soooo good!
Cassie's mom Anna is the sweetest and was so very helpful on the shoot. I have pictures of her completely underneath the dress, we can only see her backside (I won't share Anna I promise!) and the best moment of the day is when my assistant Vickie accidently hit Anna on the head with my light diffusing board! No worries, it's very light foamboard. I have about 20 pictures of Cassie laughing. When I say laughing, I mean belly laughing. She couldn't stop! I felt so bad after the shoot I had to give Anna a gift. Poor lady, she went through so much!!
Cassie's wedding to Chris was sweet and loving. Can't wait to share pictures with you. I am so blessed that I get to know Chris & Cassie and their families. They are beautiful people - inside and out!
