HAUSE VENUE | Yvette's Lovely Bridals
Yvette tagged along with her sister-in-law who was coming to see me about a cake smash. She was looking for someone to do her bridals before her wedding which was coming up fast. I pulled out my trusty planner and we found a date that would work for both of us.
Yvette and Frankie's love story began 8 years ago when they were married by a Justice of the Peace in her parents living room. She never stopped thinking about her dream wedding and they decided to just do it!! The wedding reception was going to be held at the new Hause Venue so she wanted to do her bridals there. I was so excited - as I've already told ya'll - I love that old building and have lots of fond memories there. My assistant Vicki was excited too, we had shot one bridal there so we were pretty comfortable with the place. It is a photographers dream location with the beautiful staircases, stained glass windows and -my favorite - fabulous chandeliers everywhere.
Yvette was perfection in her fitted gown purchased at Jade & Madalynn's Bridal Boutique. She looked stunning! Ya'll know how I love a wedding dress and this one did not disappoint. It was so perfect on Yvette - beautiful, elegant and timeless. We had a great time - several of her family members were there and one in particular helped us quite a bit. I have a terrible time remembering people's names and this young lady was wearing a t-shirt that had "buttercup" on it. So everything I referred to her I called her buttercup. I shot pictures until I wore Yvette out. I love them and so does she.
Yvette & Frankie were re-married this past Saturday. I wish them the very, very best and an eternity of happiness!!
